Scholarship Honored at 3.0 Club Luncheon

Student Athletes being honored for having a 3.0 GPA or higher

 

JOHNSTOWN – The Raiders’ “3.0 Club” was honored at a luncheon in the College Union on Tuesday. The luncheon recognized the FM student-athletes who earned a 3.0 or better grade point average during the fall semester.

Chris Rogers, FM’s Coordinator for Student-Athlete Academic Success, reported that 37 Raiders qualified for the current 3.0 Club. The women’s softball and men’s soccer teams had the most 3.0 Club members with nine each.

Vice President for Student Affairs Jane Kelley and Rogers addressed the group, praising them for their academic achievement and reiterating that academic success is their primary purpose as FMCC student-athletes.
