Sebastian Mills continued his dominance this weekend winning the 8K Region 3 Cross Country Championship. He and his teammates competed against 60 runners and Mills took 1st place with a time of 27:10.51. FM's Jon Hendley had a strong showing, finishing 18th at 30:45.69.
Finger Lakes' Hunter Brignall finished 2nd at 27:11 and Jeremy Hall from SUNY Broome finished 3rd.
In the women's race, 37 runners competed in the 5K. Kira Williams took the 4th spot with a time of 23:06.85 and Maria Fernandez finished 21st at 28:30.41.
FM will travel to Holyoke, MA on Saturday, November 2nd to compete in the NJCAA Cross Country National Championship.
