Attending class is the best way possible to maximize your chance for academic success. Many professors on this campus require attendance and frown on any absence at all. In the event that you will miss a class due to an athletic competition, it is your responsibility to notify your instructor prior to the date of absence. Please note it is up to the professor’s discretion as to whether missing a class for an athletic contest is an excusable absence.
