The Female Raider of the month for May is Sam De La Fleur. Sam is a freshman and the starting pitcher for the Lady Raiders softball team.
De La Fleur has thrown the majority of the innings in the circle for the Lady Raiders. She led FM to their first win of the season against Finger Lakes. She led the offense with 3 hits and 4 RBI’s to seal the victory.
“Sam has done a great job for us on the pitcher’s mound this season. She always comes up clutch offensively when we need big hits. She is very coachable and works hard every day,” said Coach Edwards.
