Shayla Staves
The Female Raider of the month for February is Shayla Staves. Staves is a sophomore on the women’s bowling team. Shayla got the Lady Raiders off to a strong start in Mountain Valley Conference competition.
In the first conference match of the season at Perry Lanes, Shayla bowled a career best single game of 253 and a career best three game series of 610. She was instrumental in leading the Lady Raiders to a first place tied with the defending National Champions in Schenectady Community College.
