Female Raider of the month for May is Julie Hampton. Julie is a freshman center fielder for the Lady Raiders Softball team. She is known for her team commitment, speed in the outfield and offensive presence in the softball lineup.
Hampton is the backbone of the outfield and is one of the biggest contributors in the batting order. She is currently 15-33 in the batters box and leading the team with a .455 batting average. She also leads the team with 10 runs scored and has 19 put outs in center field. Julie looks to lead her team to another win in the final three games of the season.
