Male Raider of the month for November is Jonathan Knack. Jon has been the backbone of the men's cross country team in its inaugural season.
Knack led the way in all four of FM's races this season where he finished 84th with a time of 32:55 at the SUNY IT Invitational. At Herkimer Jon finished 6th with a time of 26:06 and 17th at the conference championships with a time of 26:26. And at the Bronco Classic he finished with a time of 22:05. Knack set the tone for future FM cross country runners.
