Female Raider of the month for October is Miranda Nethaway. Miranda is a freshman middle hitter who is currently ranked 2nd in the nation with 1.74 blocks per set. She has a total of 73 Blocks on the season. Miranda also has a hitting percentage of .342 with 105 kills on the season.
Miranda was one of the biggest contributors to our win against Jefferson with 16 kills and 12 blocks in that match. She is our biggest defender of the middle and a force to be reckoned with. The Lady Raiders are currently ranked 6th in the Nation and look to finish out their regular season undefeated.
