Ayodele Akinmola is the male athlete of the month for November. Ayodele is the starting point guard on the men's basketball team.
Akinmola is recognized by coaches in the region as one of the hardest players to defend, because of his quickness, his ability to get to the basket, and also shoot the 3 pointer. He is also a tenacious on ball defender. Ayodele is averaging 21.7 points along with 8 assists per game. Ayodele is a very hard working, competitive player who is always pushing himself and his teammates to get better. He is a sophomore who has made vast improvements to his game over the past year and a half while at FMCC. Hopefully, his talent and leadership will lead the men's team to a very successful season. Ayodele would like to continue his education and basketball career at a 4 year college.
