The Men's Basketball Team hosted a Mountain Valley Conference Game against the Twins of Columbia Greene. The Raiders bowed to the Twins 84-78.

FM got off to a quick 6-0 start, but the Twins answered with a run of their own.  Kadeem Riddick put the Raiders back on top 11-9 with twelve minutes to go.  Columbia-Greene extended their lead to ten with six minutes remaining.  Kimane Patterson had a put back for FM, but the Twins had pushed their lead to 12 at the end of the half and FM was trailing 41-29. 

Ayodele Akinmola sparked the Raiders out of the locker room scoring six straight points and cutting the Twin's lead to six.  Columbia Greene settled down and was able to put their lead back up to eleven with ten minutes remaining. Kimane Patterson converted a three point play to cut the lead to ten with a minute remaining.  FM was able to cut the lead to just six points from key three pointers from Eric Edwards down the stretch.  The Raiders ran out of time and suffered the 84-78 loss. 

FM's next contest will be Saturday at 3:00 p.m. against Adirondack Community in the Raiders Den.
