Dante Morgan sparked a 7-0 run to kick off the first half and put FM up 15-8.  Broome stopped that run with back to back three pointers and cut the FM lead to just one point.  Both teams traded baskets the rest of the half and headed into the locker rooms tied at 31.

In the second half, Dylan O'Connor tied the score at 38 with a three of his own.  FM took a five point lead with eight minutes remaining behind solid play from Kerome Grant and Morgan.  Broome was able to chip away and net the score at 58 with just two minutes remaining.  Grant scored back to back layups to put FM ahead 62-58.  FM took the lead for good 66-60, but the Hornets sank a last second three.   It wasn't enough for Broome as the Raiders came out victorious 66-63.

Dante Morgan was a work horse for FM and led the way with 23 points, 4 steals and 6 assists.  Kerome Grant was unstoppable on the boards with 14 rebounds and 15 points.
