The men's basketball team upset the #3 seeded Onondaga Lazers on Tuesday, 77-66. The Raiders victory sends them to the Region 3 Semi-Finals against Mohawk Valley.
The Lazers took an early halftime lead 37-31, but FM respinded in the second half. They outscored the Lazers by 17 points in route to the win.
Jaleel Jean Jacques had 21 points and 11 rebounds. Darren Demmitt finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds and Juwan Malone had 15 points and 11 rebounds. Amadou Diakite also scored in double figures with 14.
The Raiders will travel to Herkimer on Saturday, March 2nd. They will take on Mohawk Valley for the third time this season at 2:00 p.m.
