The women's and men's basketball teams dropped a pair of conference games this week.  On Wednesday, The Lady Raiders fell to Herkimer 88-53. Niaimani Marshall led FM in the loss with 17 points and Destiny Prather had 8 points and 10 rebounds.

Against Hudson Valley in the Raiders Den, FMCC fell just short to the Vikings 69-57. FM battled foul trouble early in the first half.  In the second half, The Raiders outscored the visitors by 5 points in the 3rd quarter to trail 47-43, but it wasn't enough.

Hasijna Gaddy finished with 16 points and 13 rebounds.  Kendra Lavery has 13 points and Jesse VanNostrand had 11.

On the Men's side, The Raiders traveled to Herkimer and suffered a 76-60 loss.

Javan Johns continued his dominance with 32 points and 17 rebounds, shooting 63% from the field.  Okoe Narh followed with 12 and Matthew Boyle with 11 points.

On Thursday, FMCC hosted Hudson Valley Community College.  The Raiders took advantage of cold shooting from the Vikings and jumped out to a 20-13 lead mid-way through the first half.  Hudson Valley rallied behind Luke Bourgault to close out the half on an 11-0 run to take the lead 36-30.

It was all Vikings in the second half as they pulled away for an 81-63 victory.  Javan Johns collected another double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds.  Ashton Pardie had 11 and Boyle with 10.  Terrell Evans pulled down 10 rebounds.

The Raiders will host Mohawk Valley on Saturday with games at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
