Gallup Named Head Coach of TMT

FMCC Men's Head Basketball Coach, Ej Gallup has been named head coach of Floyd Mayweather's "The Money Team." TMT will compete in this summer's upcoming Two Million Dollar "The Basketball Tournament" (TBT) on ESPN. 

Gallup is very familiar with the TBT where he played alongside Jimmer Fredette in a final four run in 2018. Last summer, he was a player/coach for TMT in their run to the Elite 8. 

This summer, Ej will take over the Head Coaching duties of one of the highest profile teams in the TBT. Play will start on July 18th on the ESPN Networks. 

Gallup just completed his first season as Head Coach at FMCC. The Raiders improved from a 5-16 team in 2020 to an impressive 11-11 season in 2022. FM reached the Quarterfinals of the Region 3 Tournament and were led by Joseph Rowback and De'Vante Mateo. Both Rowback and Mateo were named to the All-Conference and All-Region teams. Gallup and the returning squad look forward to the upcoming 2022-23 Raider Basketball season.
