The Men's Basketball team picked up two conference road wins this week. The Raiders defeated Hudson Valley, 88-86 and North Country, 87-62.
Against Hudson Valley, Point Guard Schumel Shepherd led the way with 30 points and 9 assists. Donovan Rodriguez followed with 26 points, including shooting 5-9 from three. Nick Butler added 12 points and Kennyh Hardeman with 11 to round out double-figure scoring.
On Thursday, The Raiders made the trip to Saranac Lake to take on the North Country Saints. They jumped out to a 46-30 halftime lead to secure the victory.
Hardeman shot 12-18 from the field and tallied 26 points and 14 rebounds. Shepherd finished with 17 points, 7 assists and 6 steals. Rodriguez shot 4-6 from three-point range and had 16 points. Max Pritchett was solid on the defensive end for FMCC, including 10 points and 8 rebounds.
FMCC will continue their road month when they travel to Clinton Community College on Saturday, November 11th Tip-off is set for 1:00 p.m.
