The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed in the Mountain Valley Conference meet on Saturday at SUNY Adirondack.  Herkimer, Mohawk Valley, Hudson Valley and Adirondack competed in the event.

The women's 5K run was the first event with 21 total runners. Herkimer and Mohawk Valley battled for the team results, and Herkimer took the victory.  Mackenzie Labate finished 14^th for the Lady Raiders with a time of 27:14 and Lyndsey Fiore finished 18^th with a time of 28:04.

All five teams competed in the men's four mile run.  Mohawk Valley finished in first, followed by Hudson Valley, Herkimer, Adirondack and the Raiders in 5^th. 

Out of 32 runners, Travis Geniti finished in front for the Raiders placing 12^th with a time of 26:04.  Clane Newcomer finished 18^th with a  time of 27:02, Nick Ferarra finished at 30:27.  Jon Knack and Arman Hossein rounded out the race with times of 32:38 and 38:30, respectively.
