Cross Counry's Sebastian Mills has been selected as NJCAA Region 3 Male Athlete of The Week.  Sebastian won the Mountain Valley Conference Championship 4 mile race on Saturday hosted by Herkimer College. He finished with a time of 22:13.1, more than a full minute before the runner up.
