Cross Country Begins Season

The 2022 Cross Country Season kicked off on Saturday.  The Raiders traveled to SUNY Cobleskill to take part in the Steven A. Warde Cross Country Invitational. Eighty-three runners from nine schools competed in the 8K race.

The FMCC men's teams raced with an incomplete team but had a solid day individually. Alex Cwiakala was the top finisher for FM placing 51st with a time of 36.40.80. Aiden Monroe finished 55th with a time of 38.17.83. Joshua Hughes finished with a time of 41.08.36, good for 65th.

Eamonn Sullivan from SUNY Cobleskill took home the top spot with a time of 26:41.73. Cobleskill was the top team finisher in the race.

The Raiders will continue their season on September 24th when they travel to Bard College for the Fred Pavlich Invitational.
