The women's basketball team went 1-1 in weekend road play. The Lady Raiders got their first victory of the season against the Adirondack Timberwolves on Saturday. FM shot 45% from behind the arc and Julie Hampton led the Raiders to a 64-53 victory with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Diasia DeBoue and Raina Danylak followed with 14 points apiece in the win.
On Sunday, FM traveled to Jefferson CC to take on the Cannoneers. The Lady Raiders dropped the contest 81-36. Julie Hampton led with 14 points and Diasia DeBoue finished with 13 points.
FM will have an 8 day layoff and will next host Schenectady CC on Tuesday, November 28th at 5:00 p.m.
