The women's basketball team played well down the stretch to defeat Corning Community College 68-65. Hasijna Gaddy led FM with 20 points, Niaimani Marshall had a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Kerri Hauser added a double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds.
On Sunday, FMCC defeated Adirondack 75-32 and move to 8-5 overall. Gaddy collected a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Djenaba Ndiaye came off the bench to score 16 points and Jesse VanNostrand added 10 for FMCC.
The Lady Raiders travel to Sullivan on Thursday, January 30th for their next contest.
