The Women's Basketball team found a way to win on Wednesday night on the road. They traveled to Herkimer College to take on the Generals in a conference match-up.

Both teams got out to a quick start, but the Generals led 36-35 at the half.

Makenzie Smith dominated to start the second half, scoring eight straight points and FMCC led 45-39. The Generals went on a 6-0 run and closed the gap 50-46. Andie Gannon and Kiya Marquez paced FM in the final quarter to secure the 73-63 win.

Smith finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds and Gannon with 18 points and 17 rebounds. Abigail Lombardoni also collected a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Marquez tallied 12 points.

The Lady Raiders continue their undefeated season by improving to 8-0. They will head to Massasoit Community College this weekend for two non-league match-ups.
