Queensbury, NY – The SUNY Adirondack Timberwolves hosted the FM volleyball team on Wednesday evening. The 'Wolves usually have a strong squad, and this season is no exception. The hosts defeated the visiting Raiders in straight sets, 25-11, 25-20, and 25-13.
FM Head Coach Rachael Salvione observed, "They had some really talented hitters who took control of the offense, while we struggled to run our offense."
Sarah Wyzomirski was among FM's offensive leaders with nine attacks, five of which were kills.

Whitney Ostrander had 14 attacks, seven of them kills. Defensive specialist Gabrielle Hale had two kills among her six attacks. Defensively, Caitlyn Hayward had a season-high 15 digs for the Lady Raiders.
The Raiders travel to Niagara CCC for POD play this Saturday. Their three opponents will be Herkimer CCC, Mohawk Valley CC and host Niagara.
