Volleyball Dominant on Senior Night

The Lady Raiders were dominant in their last home game of the season.  Seniors; Megan Ryder, Gabrielle Smith, Bri Eagan and Julie Hampton were all recognized before the contest.  FM defeated Hudson Valley in straight sets; 25-20, 25-13, and 25-17.

The Raiders jumped out to a 16-9 lead in the first set, led by Ryder.  The Vikings were able to settle in and bounce back, but it wasn't enough as FM sealed the 25-20 win.  Hudson Valley couldn't get much going in the final two set as the Raiders sealed their 17th win of the season.

Bri Eagan led with 16 kills and 10 digs.  Megan Ryder finished with 13 kills and 7 digs and Gabrielle Smith finished with 36 assists. 

The Raiders will travel to the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid on Saturday to take part in the North Country POD.  FM will finish their regular season against North Country, Adirondack and Hudson Valley.
