The women's volleyball team traveled to Jefferson CC on Saturday to compete in POD play. FM matched up against Jefferson, Onondaga and Cayuga. The Lady Raiders went 1-2 on the day.
In the first match, FM fell to the Jefferson Cannoneers 3-1; 25-12, 25-15, and 25-4. Brianna Port and Tesa Brody each led with three kills. Destiny Prather led with six digs.
In the second match FM lost to Onondaga 3-0; 25-14, 25-9, and 25-7. Brody led with four kills and five digs. Raina Danylak and Prather each had 2 blocks.
In the final match of the day, FM defeated Cayuga 3-0. The Lady Raiders won by scores of 25-20, 25-20 and 25-22. Danylak and Port each led with nine kills each. Abigail Pritchard finished with 25 assists.
FM will travel to Herkimer College on Wednesday, September 26th to take on the Generals at 6:00 p.m.
