Volleyball Falls in Regular Season Finale

The women's volleyball team had their twelve game win streak snapped on Sunday at Jefferson Community College. FMCC dropped their final regular season contest against the Cannoneers 3-0, with scores of 26-24, 28-26, and 25-21.

Macey Salvione had 9 kills and 14 digs and Madelyn Avery followed with 6 kills and 9 digs. Krystal McSpirit had 2 blocks and Aireana Muhlberger collected 19 assists.

FMCC ends their regular season with a strong 12-1 record and are Mountain Valley Conference Champions. The Lady Raiders will now prepare for post-season play. They will head to Niagara County Community College on October 30th for the Region III Tournament.
