The FMCC Women's Volleyball team has their eye on getting back to the Region 3 Championship this season. After coming off a 15-2 record in 2021 and a Region 3 Runner-Up Finish, the Lady Raiders have high hopes from the upcoming season.

Head Coach Tina Olyer's squad has been preparing for the upcoming season for the last several weeks. The Lady Raiders are currently ranked 8th in the NJCAA Division 3 Preseason Volleyball Rankings. They will open their season on the road on September 3rd at Jefferson Community College. FMCC will take place in the non-league Jefferson Invitational.

The Raiders return 8 players from last years squad; Hailee Thompson, Sadie Blowers, Madelyn Avery, Aireana Muhlberger, Mercedes Lugo, Hannah Hofmann, Krystal McSpirit and Alana Biasini.

Arryana King, Deandra Myers, and Alivia Wilson are the newcomers that round out the FMCC roster.

"We are very fortunate to have an 11-player roster. We have been working on team chemistry, drill work, and increasing communication. All of our returning players have put in the work during the off-season and know what the expectations are this season," said Olyer.

The Lady Raiders will open up at home when they host their POD play in the Raiders Den on September, 10th.
