The Women's Volleyball team traveled to Cayuga Community College on Saturday for POD play. The Lady Raiders competed against Jefferson, Onondaga, and Cayuga.
The Lady Raiders would fall to Jefferson in their first match but bounce back to win the next two.
FMCC vs. Jefferson, 2-3 Loss; 34-32, 25-17, 13-25, 12-25 & 7-15
Madelyn Avery led with 16 kills, 3 aces and 29 digs. Sadie Blowers had 11 kills and 18 digs. Hailee Thompson finished with 10 kills and 1 block. Deandra Myers had 24 digs and Alivia Wilson 21 digs. Aireana Muhlberger recorded 44 assists and 14 digs.
FMCC vs. Onondaga, 3-0 Win; 25-15, 25-9, 25-12
Avery led with 10 kills and 17 digs. Blowers had 9 kills and Muhlberger with 26 assists.
FMCC vs. Cayuga, 3-0 Win; 25-4, 25-5, 25-9
Krystal McSpirit tallied 4 kills and 1 block. Muhlberger had 23 assists and finished the day with 93 assists total. Avery finished with 12 digs.
The Lady Raiders next match will be on September 28th. They will travel to Herkimer College for a 6:00 p.m. conference match-up.
