The Women's Volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 victory over Mohawk Valley on Sophomore night. Sophomores; Alana Biasini, Deandra Myers, Sadie Blowers, Aireana Muhlberger, Hailee Thompson, Hannah Hofmann, Mercedes Lugo and Krystal McSpirit were honored before the match.
The Lady Raiders defeated the Hawks, 3-0; 25-4, 25-15, and 25-4.
Aireana Muhlberger posted 23 assists for FMCC. Hailee Thompson had four kills and two aces, and Madelyn Avery posted five kills and three digs. Alivia Wilson tallied five digs and three aces, Krystal McSpirit finished with six kills, Sadie Blowers posted seven digs and three kills, and Mercedes Lugo had three kills. Deandra Myers added four kills, two digs and one ace.
FMCC will have this weekend off and will look to prepare for the post-season. Their final POD will take place on October 15th when they travel to Mohawk Valley Community College.
