Men's and Women's Soccer take part in pre-season practice.

The Men's and Women's soccer teams are eager to begin their 2023 campaign. Both teams will begin their season on Wednesday, September 6th on the road when they travel to play SUNY Adirondack.

Third year Head Coach, David Clayton, has heavily recruited for both teams and is re-loaded for the upcoming season.

The women's team roster currently has 17 players including key returners: Aashika Govindasamay, Dafne Gonzalez, Brooke Dutcher, and Emily Senese. Newcomers, Abigail Lombardoni, Sadie Blowers, and Quincy Lake will look to make an immediate impact.

"It's a solid group. We are just trying to focus on building off last season, and we're looking to improve," Clayton said.

The men's team finished 10-6 overall last season and a Region 3 Semi-Final appearance. "The team looks good so far, hopefully, we will be better than last year," Clayton said. "We have a nice, diverse team. They're eager and ready to get to work."

The Raiders will feature 27 players, including several from around the world. Key returners from last years squad include; Joseph Gander, Marvin Koceku, Lewis Potter-Scarborough, Jackson McCandlish, and Aidan MacLagan.

Owen O'Rourke, Yarin Erez, Christian Davies, Kyle Macfarlane, and Thomas Sanabria will play a key role in the success of the Raiders this season.

Both the Women's and Men's team will open up at home on Saturday, September 16th against the Herkimer Generals.
