The FMCC bowling team traveled to East Greenbush today to complete their regular season conference play. Once again, second year bowler, Steven Hulbert paced the Raiders with some impressive scores of 279, 237, 228, and 226.

"Steven bowled his heart out today while attempting to secure Bowler of the Year in the Mountain Valley Conference but fell just a few pins short, finishing 2nd overall in the Conference. I know he was disappointed but finishing second overall is still a great accomplishment. He has been an asset to our team and will be sorely missed next year. He did end up with the highest average ever at FM with a very good 224.83," commented Coach Tom Rathbun.

Teammate, Hayden Auspelmyer also had a good day posting scores of 243, 216. and 203.

On the womens side, Gabby Jenks led the Women with high scores of 192, 191, and 179. Crystal Coleman had high scores of 179, 177, and 169. Kyleigh Lindsey posted her first 500 series of the year with games of 175 (twice) and 164 for a 514 total. Newcomer, Marque Herr had high games of 140, 139, and 130. The FM women finished second this year to a very good Herkimer team.

The Raiders will now prepare for the Region III championship on Saturday, February 17th at Kingpin Lanes in Rome, NY.
