The Female Raider of the month for Octobr is Macenzie Ward. Ward plays as an outside hitter and has a significant leadership role on the women's volleyball team. Macenzie is one of the co-captains on the team and is a natural leader.
"Macenzie is an aggressive player, has an immense amount of energy and is always pushing herself to work harder and perform better. She always has a positive attitude, is always supportive of her teammates and her teammates look to her for her leadership. Macenzie is a leader on the court and will continue to be a key player for the Lady Raiders this season as well as next year," said Coach Olyer.
