Speedy and hard-working Mike Mazzarella has been named Male Raider of the Month for October. Freshman Mazzarella is a defender and a captain on the men’s soccer team.
Head Men’s Soccer Coach Donn Truax said of Mazzarella, “Mike earned a starting position as a solid right back. He displays a strong work ethic and showed discipline in his defensive responsibilities. Mike was one of the players on the team who never gave up. He took his play seriously and to the next level. I am looking forward to having him back next season to take on even more leadership from the back.”
