Senior soccer goalie Andrew Beckham is the male Raider of the Month for September. Beckham is described by Head Coach Donn Truax as a leader, a captain, and a fierce competitor.
Beckham – a 6’ 1” Gloversville native – has faced many shots this season, and he has stopped nearly every shot that was stoppable. His athletic ability allows him to leap high to control shots that come in well above the crossbar.
Coach Truax added, “Andrew has raised his level of play this season and has made several class saves. He keeps his head and his focus in spite of any game’s outcome.”
