The men's soccer team dominated the match against Hudson Valley on Wednesday evening. Marvin Koceku scored a hat trick in the 5-1 victory.
Koceku scored two goals in the first half off assists from Daryl Kabasele and Curtis Arnold. One minute into the second half, Marvin scored his third goal of the contest and 10th of the season from the foot of Alassane Dougoune.
The Vikings were able to find the back of the net in the second half. With 30 minutes remaining, the score was set at 3-1.
Michael Uzhca and Dougoune tallied a goal each to finish out the match. Denilson Solis-Munoz and Lucas Sosa each had an assist each.
Jose Atilio de Oliveira had four saves in goal.
"A lot of the guys have started to settle into their roles and the team is starting to really click. Playing a Hudson Valley team who has played everyone in the region tough, we really came out strong. Other guys have really stepped up when we needed them," said Coach Clayton.
The Raiders will host a set of weekend games with Tompkins Cortland at Gloversville High School on October 1st and Broome at FMCC on the 2nd .
