Fulton-Montgomery Community College hosted Jamestown Community College on Saturday at Gloversville High School. The Raiders earned a hard-fought 2-1 win behind goals from Jona Gramer and Rasheed Willis, along with a strong team defensive performance led by goalkeeper Mathis Briffaud.

Willis opened the scoring for the Raiders to tie the game at 1-1 in the first half. Gramer doubled the lead later in the match, providing the insurance goal that sealed the result.

The Raiders controlled much of the attacking play, midfielders Bradley Warren and Juri Barnstorf-Brandes were especially active, combining for five shots on goal.

Goalkeeper Mathis Briffaud recorded five saves in the net, behind a Raiders' organized defensive unit.

With the win, the Raiders improve to 4-1 on the season. They continue to build momentum as they head deeper into the season. They will travel to Hudson Valley Community College on Wednesday, September 24th at 4pm.
