The men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Mountain Valley Conference Championship on Saturday. The conditions were cold, rainy and windy, but the Raiders found a way to finish the course on the Herkimer campus. "I am very proud of the way they ran, despite the awful conditions," said Hazzard.
