The Lady Raiders softball team traveled to Tompkins Cortland Cortland CC on Tuesday for a Double Header.  FM came out on the losing end in both games.

The Raiders took an early lead in Game 1, but lost 10-7.  FM scored four runs after two innings of play and TC3 answered with two runs of their own.  The Panthers had a 10-5 lad heading into the 7th inning, but FM answered with just one run to end the game. 

Game 2 was an offensive affair for both teams.  FM pounded out 16 hits, but it wasn't enough as they took a 14-13 loss. Julie Hampton went 4-4 at the plate to lead  the Lady Raiders.  Emily Towne has 3 hits in the loss and Megan Patterson had two hits. 

FM will host the Hudson Valley Vikings Thursday at 3pm and 5pm.
