COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - The NJCAA Division III weekly coaches' poll was announced today. FM's Lady Raiders have moved up to ninth in the nation.

The poll ranks the top teams among the 91 junior colleges that play D-III women's basketball. Last week the Lady Raiders were ranked #10 and this week the voters moved FM up to #9.

Three teams from Region 3 are among the 14 teams that received votes. Onondaga CC is ranked #2.  Fulton-Montgomery is #9, and Hudson Valley is #11.

The Lady Raiders completed their regular season on Sunday and are now preparing for the Region 3 final-eight tournament that will be played this weekend at Onondaga.  A complete description of that event is available in this website's previous women's basketball story:
