The men's and women's cross country team had a strong showing at the Mountain Valley Conference Championship.  Sebastian Mills had a huge day, winning the men's 4 mile race with a time of 22:13.

In the women's race, seventeen runners competed in the 5K.  Kira Williams finished third with a time of 22:19 and Maria Fernandez finished 9^th at 27:40.  Tianna Harrigan improved substantially finishing with a time of 38:12.

For the men, twenty-three runners competed in the 4 mile race.  Finishing behind 1^st place Mills was Jon Hendley in 5^th place with a time of 24:06, improving his time by a minute and a half.

Sebastian Mills earned Conference Champion and 1^st team all-conference.  Hendley also earned a spot on the 1^st team all-conference.  Kira Williams was named to the first team all-conference.  

The Raiders will travel to Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, October, 26^th to compete in the Region 3 Championships.
